Thank you for shopping at DreamJwell website and DreamJwell app.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase you can return, claim exchanges and request refund (only for damages).
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with Us.
This Return and Refund Policy is governed by our Terms and Conditions.
Can I cancel my order ?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 6 hours without giving any reason for doing so.
If the order you wish to cancel is already dispatched:
For COD orders: you can refuse to accept the shipment at the time of delivery.
For Pre-Paid Orders:
- After cancellation, the amount will get credited to the original source within 7 – 10 business days.
- If already dispatched, Please follow the return request.
For International Orders: If dispatched the orders cannot be cancelled.
How to cancel my order ?
To cancel your recently placed order, you can do so by going to “My Account” section and request for cancellation, or you can send us a request by one of the following means:

Can I return?
Yes, to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The products were delivered in the last 5 days
- The products were not bought in sale or discount. We do not accept returns for sale items.
- The products are in the original packaging
- The products were not used or damaged. The hanging tags with the products should be intact.
- An Unboxing Video would help us review your return request faster.
- An Unboxing video mandatory for damage claims.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Note: Do not send the products back to us without placing a return request. We do not accept such returns.
How to Return?
Please request us for return pick up. We will check with our courier partners and arrange return pick up in 1 or 2 days time. If your pin code or location do not have pick up service at the time of request we would inform you the same and you need to send the product back to us through any reputed courier.
Please note that, for non-damages the return pick up cost will be deducted from the order amount.
If you send it back to us, the return shipping cost should borne by you and the products should be sent should be in the original packing (with Tags intact) to the following address:

If the products you returned to us gets lost or damaged, you would not be eligible for refund or store credit. We request you to use trackable courier service.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend you to use an reputed and trackable courier service. We would be unable to issue a store credit without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of return delivery.
We provide refund either as Store Credit or Cash refund.
Un-Boxing video mandatory for damage claims.
Avail flexible store credit and purchase any other product from our store of your liking. Both COD and pre-paid orders are eligible for store credit.
Cash Refund (only for damage claims):
ONLY IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED DAMAGED PRODUCT AND THE SAME IS SUPPORTED BY AN UNCUT UNBOXING VIDEO.
For Pre-paid Orders: the refund will be initiated to the original source and it will get credited to your account in 7 – 10 working days.
For Cash on Delivery Orders: you have to send your UPI ID or bank details along with your order number to our WhatsApp: +91-8548828550 or Email: firstname.lastname@example.org. The refund amount will get credited to your account in 7 – 10 working days.
- Returns will be accepted and the refund will be processed only if your request meets the above Return conditions
- Any Shipping cost charged for the order are non-refundable (both international and domestic)
- Return pick-up cost, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount
- DreamJwell team will evaluate your request and decide to accept return or refund request. This decision will be communicated to you and the same will be final.
What if I am not satisfied with the product received (Exchanges)?
We understand, this happens, if the color or size doesn’t match your need, you can certainly exchange the product for another one of your choice.
If you received a defective product, we will replace with a new one. Un-Boxing video mandatory for damage claims.
All Conditions mentioned for “How to Return?” are applicable for exchanges as well.
