Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with DreamJwell. We want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Cancellation Policy

No Cancellations: Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may initiate a return or exchange request within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• Items must be in their original packaging with all tags intact.

• Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Clearance/Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance sale are final sale and cannot be returned.

Customized Orders: Returns are not accepted for customized jewelry.

Apparel: Returns are strictly accepted only for damaged items. Size/preference exchanges are not available for apparel.

3. Important: Definition of "Damage"

Since our jewelry is often handmade and delicate, the following are not considered manufacturing defects:

Minor Transit Issues: Stones that have fallen during transit (fixable with glue) or minor disjoints (fixable with a soft press).

Handmade Nature: Slight irregularities in Jadau stones or minor imperfections, which are characteristic of handmade jewelry.

• Note: If you still wish to return items falling under these categories, return shipping and re-shipping costs will be borne by you.

4. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any claim for damaged or missing products, an uncut, 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory. Without this video, we cannot accept damage claims.

5. How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us via Email, WhatsApp, or Instagram within 5 days of delivery.

Self-Ship: You may ship the product back to us via a reliable, trackable courier (Speed Post recommended).

Pickup Service: We can arrange a pickup for a fee of ₹125, which will be deducted from your store credit.

(Note: We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please use a trackable service.)

6. Refunds & Store Credit

Standard Returns: We offer Store Credit only. Once we receive and verify the product, we will email you a credit code to purchase a replacement.

Cash Refunds: Cash refunds are provided ONLY if you received a damaged product (verified by an unboxing video) and we cannot provide a replacement.

Deductions: Shipping charges (domestic or international) are non-refundable. Return pickup fees will be deducted from the store credit.

7. International Orders

For international returns, the buyer is responsible for both forward and return shipping charges, as well as any applicable customs duties.
