I have ordered coral bangle, I received bangles were stones fallen. When I approached the person they simply said stones fallen during transit. Fix it with glue. Why should I purchase such product for high cost. No customer satisfaction. I didn't received customer rating for coral bangle as it was not delivered in good condition. Along with it I ordered this white stone bangle, for which they requested for customer rating.

We are sorry that the solution we provided was not upto your satisfaction. Although, during transit, the stones may fall, which is beyond our control beacuse of rough handling by courier people. How much ever we bubble wrap, sometimes stones fall and we mentioned about this in our website return policies too. It is really very easy to fix it with glue. It is a common process that we and all our competitor sellers practice. It saves so much money, time and effort for both of us.
