These are absolutely beautiful! The only note I have is that the weight of the earring is a too heavy for anyone's ears. A lighter version would be perfect.

I had earlier bought a bangle and when the size dint fit.. they refused to help.. the given size and material size not similar.. wasted my time and money. i had to request so much to even respond.. around 2k wasted for me. i bought this after no other go.. cancellation seperate fee. they say all mentioned in website but nothing is there.. they wont refund.. all fancy items but qulity worst.. services is horrible.. no value for customer and their money
Since we have explained the customer many times, we are sharing the information for people who reads this review. Wrong bangles size was ordered by the customer without checking the size of the bangles. Even the diameter of the bangles are given clearly in tehe description since sometimes there could be 1 or 2 mm difference in the standard factory size. Customer wanted to exchange but didnt want to pay the shipping cost to pickup and for reshipping the exchange. Choosing the wrong size and demanding the seller to cover the cost for their mistake is really unfair. Apart from the bangles, 2 other products were bought and there was no mention of quality issues in the entire chat. And not to mention the yelling in the call and use of harsh tone in the chat despite our team explained the policies as patiently as we could.
Regarding the amount spent : not sure what customer wasted. She got all the products except for the shipping cost which was spent to ship, pickup and reship.
We are very transparent in our policies. We provide refund only in the case of damage if a complete unboxing video is provided. Other than that, we will issue a store credit for the product value. All these are clearly mentioned in our return policies.
We are ready to accept any issues from our side, but we cant be held responsible for other's mistake. A very unfair feedback.
