I had ordered items worth Rs 7,970 for delivery to adilabad. I needed them urgently for a wedding. I did not receive the items yet due to Bluedart courier issue. The courier did not make any attempt for the delivery and apparently they have incorrect address. The status just shows as delivery attempted which is incorrect.
My family and myself did not receive any communication from courier and no response from Dreamjwell too. I have messaged Dreamjwell on chat and on WhatsApp call about this issue but no response.
Please do not spend money here as the customer service is very poor. Inspite of knowing the issue with courier, the company did not take extra effort in getting the products delivered.
I currently do not recommend this store.

When this order was placed, no specific courier preference was requested, so it was promptly shipped via our trusted partner, Blue Dart. Two days after dispatch, the customer asked us to recall the package and use a different courier. We advised against this, as recalling an order mid-transit causes significant delays. Furthermore, Blue Dart has a proven track record of prompt deliveries to this specific pin code.
Both our support team and our point of contact at Blue Dart have been in regular communication with the customer to provide reassurance and updates. We are happy to share that, as of today (17/03/2026), the package has been delivered promptly. We always do our best to accommodate our customers, but once an item is in transit, standard delivery timelines apply. We appreciate the community's understanding.
